RSVP
How and when do we RSVP?
You can RSVP by using the RSVP page. All guests must RSVP by June 15, 2024.
If I booked my room at Itz’ana Resort do I still need to RSVP?
The short answer is yes. We ask all guest who are attending the wedding to RSVP, whether or not they are staying at the Itz’ana Resort.
Are children allowed to attend?
We love your children, but our wedding celebration weekend is for adults only! We hope this gives parents enough time to plan for childcare arrangements and enjoy the weekend with us.
Am I allowed to bring a guest or a plus one?
Due to constrained seating arrangements, we can only invite specific guests to join us on our special day. We ask our guests only to bring a plus one if they are specifically named on their invitation.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What’s the best way to let you know?
When you RSVP, all guests will be prompted to provide any allergies or dietary restrictions so that the culinary team at Itz’ana can make arrangements.
What is the schedule for the wedding weekend?
The wedding weekend kicks off at 5:00pm on Friday, November 8th. The ceremony and reception will be held on Saturday, November 9th. With a brunch on Sunday, November 10th to close out the weekend. Please see the schedule for more details.
Is there a dress code?

Travel + Accommodations
When can we begin booking our rooms at Itz’ana Resort?
All guests can begin booking their rooms now. If you have any questions regarding room types and accommodations please contact Daisy Quinteros at Itz’ana Resort directly. Daisy can be reached via email at reservations4@itzanabelize.com or via phone at (813) 567-1059. Once you have booked your room, we ask that you RSVP, so we can have an accurate headcount.
How do I get from the BZE airport to Itz’ana Resort?
There are a few options available to guests for travel between BZE Airport and Itz’ana Resort. Please reference our Travel and Accommodations page for more information regarding the specific options.
What will the weather be like during the wedding weekend?
While we can’t predict the exact weather, typically in Belize during November, you can expect temperatures ranging from 78° F to 85°F, with low chances of short tropical showers.
How will you communicate updated information or changes before the wedding?
We will be using this website to continue to update all guests with any information regarding the wedding. Feel free to continue to check back here for updates. You are also welcome to contact us directly or use the contact us page, with any specific questions or concerns you may have.
Belize
What if we want to extend our trip and explore Belize before or after the wedding weekend?
We love that you are interested in seeing what Belize has to offer. We encourage you to take advantage of your time in Belize. What is the currency and exchange rate in Belize?
The official currency for Belize is the Belize Dollar (BZD; symbol BZ$). The exchange rate is approximately Bz$2 to US$1 and currency can be exchanged at most banks and hotels. ATMs in Belize generally do accept foreign cards. Most businesses accept US dollars. Major credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa are accepted in many places.
What languages are spoken in Belize?
English is the official language of Belize. Creole, Spanish, and Ketchi languages are also spoken throughout Belize.
What activities are there to do in Placencia?
Placencia offers endless outdoor adventures, including scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and tours of nearby cayes, Mayan ruins, and local chocolate farms. Placencia also offers a vibrant food and culinary culture with many new restaurants and bars.
